  • Most homes contain over 60 toxic chemicals and we spend 90% of our time indoors inhaling, ingesting and absorbing them into our bodies.
  • Toxic ingredients are even found in so-called “natural” or “organic” products.
  • There are many ways to get you on the road to sustainable living. First is to go through all household products, such as soaps, toothpaste, makeup, perfumes, cleaning supplies, plastics, fabrics, pet products etc. and replace them with their non toxic counterparts.

  • I educate my clients on nutrition with an emphasis on alkalizing, organic, raw foods, green juices and healthy fats.
  • I will teach you how to prepare the most mouth-watering smoothies, juices and foods imaginable or just get them delivered daily.
  • For busy individuals, I will take care of all the shopping and preparing for you.
  • Get your children off refined sugars and processed foods. Make the transition enjoyable for them and you with the most satisfying replacements.
  • You will also learn the importance of cleansing through the main eliminatory channels –by colon cleansing, sweating, breathing, yoga, alkalizing exercise etc. The importance of fresh air and daily sun exposure is also discussed.
  • All equipment from juicers and blenders for your kitchen to whole home water filtration systems to rebounders and infrared saunas can be delivered and organized in your home if you would like to create your own at-home wellness center.
